Patitik

Bago pa naging Bigbro winner si Keanna.. sinabi ng isang kaaway sa showbiz na siya ay pathetic.

Naasar si Keanna. Tinanong siya kung alam niya ba kung ano yun.

Sabi nya.. "Yun na nga. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang Patitik".

Ako.. patitik.. patitik..patitik.

Nagulat nalang ako ng nalaman kong may Human Security Act na pala. Ang ipinatupad na Anti-Terrorism Bill na matagal tinutulan ng mga progresibong grupo dahil isa lamang tong mapanupil na batas - batas militar na naka maskara sa magandang linggwahe. Wala pa nga nito, marami ng pinagpupulot na aktibista, at ordinaryong Muslim na pinagsisigawang terorista sa media. Sa HSA, legal na mag-aresto (mamulot) ng tao na walang warrant. =)

at isa pa.. nag SONA pala?

Blogging STUPIDITY

I remember.. I didn't know how to read a payslip - na it's sealed and you have to open it. nyuk! I have an excuse though.. that !)(#$&@ CHED didn't pay me for my 4-month service. I signed a contract and I got a thankless work. Yes - another stupidity for allowing it.

I remember.. my sister.

"Ta, ba't ka nagdidilig? Umaambon. Uulan din yan"

She replied.. "Ok lang. May panyo naman ako sa ulo"

Ten Minutes

Nagising ako ng 2pm... hindi na ako makatulog ulit. Naligo nalang ako... pagka 5pm, pumunta ako sa kainan malapit sa bahay - sarado. Mamaya nalang. Umuwi.. nagbasa. Tumunganga.. nagbasa. Nagtext. Tumunganga.. 7pm.. nakatulog.

Paulit-ulit sa panaginip ko, sinisigawan ako ng "10 minutes! 10 minutes!" Sabi ko "sandali.." andyan nanaman "10 minutes, 10 minutes!"

Nagising ako. Tiningnan ang oras sa celphone - 8:10pm. 8 ako madals nagpiprep for work. lumagpas ako ng 10 minutes now.. hehe

Nagmadali ako dahil kakain pa ko.

Confined

I was in the hospital from Monday night to Thursday morning... and being alone wasn't that bad. It was in fact better than my previous "hospital trips" (werrf!). Although it's really good if you have someone around (lalo na pag ang aking Ina o si Otelle - my then-sis-in-law), it's also cool to think that you can actually be ok being alone... that's if you can at least walk yourself to the toilet with your other hand raising the dextrose (my request for the IV stand was doomed) and use your right foot to turn the doorknob.

I get visitors during the day but none of my friends could stay around at night time because everybody's working at night. I'm from a circle of vampires. =)
